Scope & Pricing
Pricing references on the site (e.g., $3,500–$9,500 typical vacant staging range) are indicative, not contractual. Final scope and pricing are set in the written engagement contract following a free walk-through.
No Warranty on Outcomes
Staging improves how a listing presents. It does not guarantee a sale price, multiple offers, or a specific number of days on market. Past project results reflect specific properties and market conditions.

This website, its domain, and related brand assets are developed and technically managed by a third-party vendor, Ketchup Consulting, acting solely at SoCal Home Stagers' direction. Ketchup Consulting claims no ownership interest in the SoCal Home Stagers business name, trademarks, or domain, and does not independently verify SoCal Home Stagers' legal right to use them. SoCal Home Stagers is solely responsible for confirming its right to use its business name, trademarks, and domain name, and for any third-party claim or dispute — including trademark or domain disputes — arising from that use.
